A. ASSEMBLY
The assembly is the central body of this association. It is composed of board members, advisory members, and ordinary members. It is this body which appoints the board of directors at the general meeting.

B. COUNCIL
The governing council is composed of: Board of Directors.- The Board of Directors shall be composed of a President, a Vice President of Financial Affairs, a Vice President of Admissions and Assembly, a Vice President of Institutional Relations, a Vice President for every city in China where official Mexican government representation exists, and the members.

1. Honorary Board.- The Honorary Board shall consist of renown and leading diplomatic, political, and academic figures from Mexico and China.

C. COMMITTEE

The Committees shall be created in a manner defined and structured at the general meetings and/or special meetings in accordance with the needs of the Association.

Honorary board
The honorary board will be formed by distinguished and outstanding personalities in the diplomatic, politic, and academic ambiance of Mexico and China.
